Lone Tree Alpacas is a family business that is dedicated to breeding excellent alpacas and providing the finest quality Alpaca products. Our breeding program is committed to continual improvement by selecting the highest quality breeders that produce cria with fiber that is superior in fineness, crimp and density. Our family brings together a diverse combination of education and skills. Our backgrounds vary from biologist, aerospace engineer, educators and computer programmers with a common bond that is a love for animals with a real attraction for Alpacas. Our decision to launch an Alpaca business has evolved into a relaxing lifestyle where we have learned and developed new skills and will never stop learning about these wonderful critters. Our business is not just about making money. We love dealing with people and feel our main ambition is to develop relationships with other Alpaca people. When a person buys an Alpaca from us they get friendly honest information, advice and support. At this time the Alpaca products we offer is the yarn that is spun from our Alpacas’ fiber. We have selected a local mill that provides a very high quality of yarn which is a perfect match for the superior quality of fiber our Alpacas produce. |
