Our farm is conveniently located between Seattle and Portland just off of I5. We are in a beautiful area near the Cowlitz river with a view of Mount Rainier. Our green pastures provide a healthy, safe environment optimized for Alpaca growth, control and health. We have a love for Alpacas and a vision to establish a premier Alpaca breeding business.

Investment Opportunities

Investment is a bad word today with 401K funds loosing value, stocks down, homes depreciated and retirement funds disappearing. Still there is a need to grow your money over the long term for retirement, college funds, or that great vacation.

Purchase an Alpaca and get the opportunity to feed and water them, scoop poop, and run around a pasture. The value of that Alpaca stays about the same after a year and you get to pay for hay, grain, and vet bills. BUT...

Females typically give birth once a year and a baby girl could have the same value as the mother or possibly higher in just a few years. You could double your investment over a few years with one birth. A lot of the operating expenses can be recovered by selling the great fiber and tax advantages.

If farm life doesn’t interest you, try agisting an animal. You wont make as much but you wont be scooping poop.
